"Stazione Centrale" has a very bad reputation. Milano in general is not very safe. Don't walk the night alone, take a taxy. You can call the taxy by phone while you stay inside the station because the real danger is outside. If you want to visit Italy avoid big cities. Railway station in big italian cities has got the same problem. Stazione Termini in Roma, Stazione Porta Nuova in Torino ( prefer Stazione Lingotto) in Genova Stazione Piazza Principe is a little bit problematic, prefer Stazione Genova Brignole (very nice station). The first rule of the traveller us "Know the territory" it's s better to stay in small cities like Aosta, Cuneo, Novara, Treviso, Vicenza, Verona, Trento, Bolzano, Belluno, Chioggia, Cremona, Mantova, La Spezia, Cagliari, Alghero, Pisa, Isle of Elba, Imperia are very nice and quiet. There are big differences in few kilometers. The north quartiers of Torino aren't very safe but few km from there you can find many small cities completely different like Chieri, Pino Torinese, Cavoretto, Avigliana and Pinerolo. This last one remind me Bellinzona in Switzerland Good and safe trip (I'm Italian)

My mother was a Norwegian citizen. I lived in Helgeroa as a small child. Norsk (Bokmål) was my first language. My two remaining uncles and 11 cousins and their families are all in Norway. I went back last month. I really enjoyed everything about it. I’m relearning the language using Babbel for now. I’m a bit of a recluse, so I enjoyed the peace of the small towns and villages.

È comunque vero che non si prende a pasto come vino, acqua, tè, bibite varie. Il cappuccino essendo fatto col latte è già di per se un alimento, infatti può essere un ottimo spuntino in qualsiasi momento 👍👍👍

Credo ci sia un malinteso quando si dice che ormai anche gli italiani sono spesso obesi e mangiano cibo spazzatura come fanno molti altri nel mondo.
